Sartaj Rekhi – Executive Director, Corporate

Sartaj Rekhi joined R Systems in May 2005 and now functions as the Executive Director. Sartaj brings a rich experience to the R Systems Group and provides strategic direction to the group business. He works with overseas offices of the R Systems Group to ensure profitability and performance.

Sartaj is an Associate of Arts from the American River College and a Graduate in Business from San Jose State University, with specialization in Marketing and Operations Management. He has also completed a program in Professional Wireless Communications conducted by IEEE and attended intensive workshops in Leadership Excellence and Strategic Marketing from UC Berkeley, California.

Chan Kum Ming – President

Chan Kum Ming joined ECnet in 2000 and is now the President of ECnet Limited and R Systems (Singapore) Private Limited. He has over 30 years of experience in IT management, project implementation and Business Development and is responsible for the overall P&L for the company.

Chan has served in a number of portfolios in ECnet as Vice President and Director in areas of Business Development, IT Operations & Customer Services before he was promoted to President of ECnet in late 2011.

Prior to ECnet, Chan served in diverse set of companies. He was a Senior Manager (IT Services) in a German company and Group Regional IT Manager with EAC (The East Asiatic Company).

Chan received his 1st Class Honors majoring in Bachelor of Science Information Technology from the National University of Ireland and also holds a Diploma in Electronics and Communications from the Singapore Polytechnic.

Teo Lye Choon – Director, SCM & SI Solutions

Teo Lye Choon joined ECnet in 2000 and is now the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and System Integration (SI) Director. He has over 28 years of experience and has worked with ECnet’s customers in a variety of roles and brings his wide domain expertise and technical knowledge in providing successful customer solutions.

Prior to ECnet, Lye Choon worked for the manufacturing arms of organizations such as Motorola, Compaq Asia and Data General in a wide variety of functions including Development, Engineering, Quality Certification and Maintenance. This breadth of knowledge acquired in the Supply Chain helps him bring a unique End User and Customer perspective to the table.

Lye Choon is qualified as Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Management with Professional Diploma in Management from Open University (UK) and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.

Ivan Tsang – Director, IT & CS

Ivan Tsang is the Director for IT and Customer Service (CS) in ECnet™ Limited. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s IT Infrastructure and he is also leading a team of customer service officers and technical consultants who provide frontline support to ECnet™ SCM solutions, Managed IT solutions as well as Data Centre Operation.

With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Ivan has worked in both IT consulting and end-user IT environments. With his extensive knowledge on IT infrastructure, he has been providing best-of-breed support on ECnet™ Solution Platforms since year 2000.

Ivan graduated with Diploma in Electronics and Communication from KTTI (IVE) in Hong Kong.

Prabhuram Udayananthan – AVP, Engineering

Having joined R Systems in the year 2000, Prabhuram brings around 18 years of techno-functional experience to the table.

A strong votary of "needs dictate technology", Prabhuram is one of the pioneers of the SaaS team in R Systems.

His experience in the Supply Chain Domain is second to none and has vast experience in delivering large projects to clients around the world.

An electrical engineer, Prabhuram's strong logic and a flair for creativity brings an edge to the offshore delivery team he currently heads.

He constantly strives for the simplest of solutions for complex problems and that, he considers, is his biggest strength

Vincent Tey – Director, Sales & Marketing (SEA)

Vincent Tey joined ECnet since 2002 and has always being in the role of delivering sales to the company, which later years advanced to the regional role of Sales & Marketing in South East Asia.

Vincent has been in IT industry for 16 years. With his knowledge and experience in analyzing business processes and domain consulting, he has helped in delivering SCM and Enterprise solution to organizations in the said regions throughout his 13 years with ECnet.

Vincent holds the MBA qualification from Charles Sturt University Australia and Bachelor of Finance from the University of Hertfordshire UK.

Joydeep Chaudhuri – Director, Sales

Joydeep Sen Chaudhuri joined R Systems, Singapore in 2011 and currently functions as its Director- Sales managing its Projects & Consulting business in the region. He also handles sales of ECnet & its partner solutions. He has 23+ years of cross functional experience in diverse industries and markets. Prior to R Systems he served as a Country Head for a startup IT Services Company, e Business & Marcomm Head Asia Pacific for a Dutch MNC, Regional Business Head for an e- Procurement & Supply Chain Solutions Dot Com and Regional Sales Head for Industrial Lubricants in an US MNC.

Joydeep is a MBA from Pune University, India. He is a certified Miller Heiman Sales professional and has undergone several other leading management & leadership training programs. He also holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Pune University.

Chen Shao Zhong – Vice President, Enterprise Solutions

Chen Shao Zhong joined ECnet in 2012 and has been heading Enterprise Solutions division since then. He has over 25 years of experience in IT management, project implementation, ERP presales/sales/consultation/PM especially on Infor’s solutions.

Prior to ECnet, Shao Zhong has worked in various manufacturing/distribution/IT companies and served as consultant/senior consultant/principal consultant/consulting manager in Infor Global Solutions (Singapore) from 1999 to 2012. Shao Zhong is a Bachelor of Computer Science from Zhejiang University, China and also has a MBA from National University of Singapore.

Sanchi Goyal – Financial Controller

Sanchi joined ECnet in 2014 and has been heading the Finance division since then. She has over 6 years of experience in financial reporting, financial management, assurance and taxation matters.

Prior to ECnet, Sanchi worked as a senior consultant in assurance & advisory services, with a leading financial consulting firm from 2009 to 2013. Sanchi is a Bachelor of Commerce from Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, India and is a Chartered Accountant by profession.
